Jack, great stuff as always! You make some great choices. I can remember first seeing the teaser posters for Scooby-Doo and thinking, "Wow, Velma's waist looks tiny." Case in point:



And let's not forget Sarah Michelle Gellar as Daphne!



As far as other great toon-to-life crossovers, respect must be paid to the Superman franchise's Lana Lang and Ma Kent, Anette O'Toole. Respect the curves!
